The Cisco BE6K solution is probably the best collaboration platform out there at the moment. Starting from application deployment using Prime Collaboration Deployment to [the] integration of the on-premises platform with cloud services, deployment, and administration [is] a breeze. The tight integration with Cisco endpoints and the ability to individually manage them also helps to ensure an unparalleled user experience. With Cisco CSR 14, administrative tasks like software upgrades and user onboarding have been made simpler. More could be done though to improve those 2 areas.

We have a strong collaboration with Cisco and have lots of its products including routers and this makes it easier to choose a Cisco product, not another product that can do almost what this Cisco Business Edition does.
