Cisco Headset 700 is well suited for professionals who do remote interaction with customers and clients on a daily basis. This device helps them provide top-notch sound quality, great noise cancellation, security and great compatibility with large set of devices. Superior noise cancellation and compatibility is important specially in an open workplace where many co-workers are speaking and the resulting noise causes lack of focus. Additionally, given its decent battery life and quick-charge feature, it can be used for over 20 hours which is a desirable.It is not very appropriate for professionals for whom, calling or remote interaction is not a very necessary part of the job. In such cases, if they use the Headset rarely and don't care too much about quality and security, there are other cheaper alternatives.

Great for a low-budget option/smaller businesses who need softphone capabilities and basic salesforce integration. Less appropriate for larger businesses who need more robust call reporting among agents, more options for dial plans or call routing, and more features. If crystal clear call quality is a high priority, GoTo Connect may not be right for those situations either.

- In crowded environments, very clean and clear communication can be provided for both the person using the headset and the other party with the noise-canceling mechanisms.
- Smart Sensor Technology (Mute When You Remove Headphones) is a nice feature in my opinion.
- More importantly, it has over 15 hours of talk time. Battery life is very good.

- Bluetooth connection - sometimes takes 1-2 times to connect properly.
- Receiving multiple calls - sometimes when I am on Webex and receive a call, it disconnects or when I decline the call, it loses the Webex connectivity.
- Disconnecting multiple devices using - when I disconnect my phone from it, it will lose connection from my laptop as well.

- Not as modern as some other platforms available - This could be seen as a pro or a con, but having additional options like color scheme, statuses, and profile picture options make the user experience more personalized and fun.
- Lack of integration - Being able to link more than just your personal email to GoToConnect would be handy, such as time-tracking or your calendar.
- Uncertain if meetings are private - Anyone with a link can join a meeting, therefore I question how easy it is for someone outside of the company to join a meeting that was not meant for them. Maybe a password option would add a buffer of security.

[...] The overall usability is different depending on the medium in which the user is utilizing for the call. On a stable connection in front of a laptop or desktop, it is a top-notch system. When the user tries to go mobile, he or she can really start to experience defects in the usability and overall experience.

Too expensive and too heavy and too uncomfortable. It just didn't deliver the experience that we thought we would get based on the price. I can get the same features, for cheaper, with a more comfortable headset from another vendor. So overall this one just never got put on the final list.

The support offered by GoToConnect is exceptional. Every agent I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can say, I never ended a call frustrated or hung up because of a language barrier or an inability of the agent to resolve the issue at hand with one phone call. I absolutely love the fact that they not only stay on the phone with you to resolve an issue (no matter how long it takes), they follow up via email to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I can say that you all definitely have RingCentral beat from a customer service standpoint.

We changed from a landline (horrible and expensive) to Verizon One Talk (WORLD'S WORST PRODUCT) to Vonage (GIANT DISASTER) to GoToConnect. GoToConnect not only met all of our needs but exceeded our expectations with the services we receive. We could not have had a better process for set up; it actually worked like it was supposed to and gave us more than what we needed!

Key advantages for the Cisco Headset 700 series include simplicity of connections (no special adapter cables needed), long battery life, and general performance for the price point. Integration with the rest of Cisco's Webex eco-system (the Webex app, and Webex Control Hub) hold promise for future enhancements. Areas for improvement include feature management apps that do not depend on a smartphone, and replaceable earpads.
