Are more expensive then Yealink phones, for sure, but they are more stable speaking about software, are more stable on the calls, and the audio/video quality is really better.
We have switched straight to Cisco IP Phones without any other considerations. We wanted our phones managed correctly with a reliable solution and this is where we landed. We did not need to check with other vendors or solutions to make this solution. We love what we have …

Cisco being an old player does the calling, video, contact center feature better than anyone. Real-time chat transcriptions, etc. make the Webex suite better than anyone else.
Neither of the alternatives had the support, security, quality, and infrastructure that our business requires. As Cisco Collaboration is already widely used internally, Webex Calling was the best option for us.
