• The minimum subscription time is three years, which makes the initial investment of the projects more expensive.
• The types of subscriptions that determine the accumulated bandwidth of the transport links generate a limitation to the additional solution that the hardware supports.
• Access to the Vmanage administration console must be from a previously established IP address, which removes flexibility of access to the cloud.

• Managing to use business applications efficiently causes us to get more value from our cloud subscriptions
• Able to use streaming services improved employees' morale and increased their performance
• Able to combine multiple connections, helped reduce costs, and prevented us from investing in only the most expensive WAN supplier
• Instead of relying on one supplier when one connection was down, we managed to carry on with another broadband solution

• One outage on our main site cost over 500K in lost revenue for a day, Windstream was unapologetic for failing to set a QOS policy right during cutover.
• We needed to get a building re-wired to get the install at one location going. Windstream said, let us quote it... It took them 2 months to get us a quote that was 4x higher than a local provider. Thankfully, this didn't impact the deployment schedule.
