It is best suited for video\audio calls and meeting use. you can easily connect to the meeting with an ID or your laptop and also share content easily in a couple of ways. It's less useful for large-scale meetings as attendees seem to get lost as their video can get shrunk or hidden offscreen.

GoTo Webinar is suitable for all scenarios especially when the number of participants is high (more than 300). It has great video quality, it is quick and easy to install, set up, and configure. One scenario where GoTo Webinar does not function as expected is when you deal with PowerPoint and you have one screen only. Also, I find it a bit annoying is when you have multiple screens, it becomes unstable for some reason.

Our largest issue with GoTo have been the limitations on recording and using recordings to host a webinar, and the biggest of those is the ability to record. We have had most of our webinars recorded successfully, but when it failed to save, it failed in a big way. Their customer service team was there to help, but they were unable to truly fix the problem. There are, of course, other providers, but as we are still seeing where hosted webinars fit in our marketing strategy, cost is an important factor. Since our company already uses GoToMeeting, it makes more sense for us to stay with the entire suite of products, especially while we are testing the strategy as a whole.

Cisco Webex Board Series has great UI. It's very compelling to use. Touch controls are great and have never had any trouble navigating. However, screen mirroring can be laggy sometimes and frame drops are seen quite often while mirroring. Overall it's a great device to use with many useful features and optimized UI.

If you can compose an email and turn on a computer, you can use GoTo Webinars. Creating a webinar takes only a few seconds, and logging in, even on a not-so-smart phone, is extremely hassle-free. Even some of the more tech-challenged members of our staff have not experienced trouble navigating and connecting with our headquarters.

It's honestly hard to tell since we haven't had many hiccups, if any at all! We have used Webex support for other situations and it was great, but for the board itself, we only had one issue, when we received it, a pixel was broken and Webex replaced it. Fair to say they lived up to our expectations.

I was always able to get someone on the phone when I needed to. They were very thorough and ensuring my questions were answered. And if I was asking for a solution or request that they didn't offer, they told me so I could at least stop trying to search for it.

It is easy to implement and easy to use.

It is almost an unfair comparison as the base
product doesn't have many whiteboard options. Both can screen share, but it's hard to make a fair comparison. That being said, the whiteboard is really great if you have the smartboard to support it and fully utilize its features.

GoTo Webinar has better usability and a user-friendly interface. It is one of the collaboration tools that is favored by our staff. It easily facilitates in-meeting messaging and encourages open dialogue. It is a great tool that can facilitate virtual staff meetings. Attendees can be logged, and events can be recorded. Recorded videos can also be edited and posted on staff forums.
Read full review Return on Investment It makes team meetings more productive. All team members can contribute simultaneously. After the meeting, all team members got access to the files discussed in the meeting and this allows you to continue discussions even after the meeting. The only negative impact of Cisco Webex Board on the company is its high price as I mentioned earlier. Read full review Their 'all-you-can-eat' plan is much better than other vendors that charge by the event or the length of an event. We can have as many webinars as we want each month for the same fee per month. The ability to record and edit the webinars makes it easy for us to record all of our 'live' webinars and then make these available for months afterward as an on-demand event which generates much more revenue than just the live webinar alone. The clean design of their webinar software makes it easy for our members to join in each webinar and get out when finished. So there is not a lot of 'hand holding' required on our part, which thereby reduces staff time that we have to devote to supporting our webinar events.
