The Cisco Room Series is a video conferencing solution that wakes up when users walk into a meeting room where it is installed and provides theater-quality voice and video, as well as content sharing from personal devices. For small to medium rooms with 6-8 people, there's Cisco Room 55, and for larger rooms of 7-14 people there's Cisco Room Kit (camera and codec in one device) and Cisco Kit Plus (separate codec plus and quad camera). Any of these systems can be run in the cloud or on-premises.

Cisco is the only vendor manufacturing the software (Webex Meetings) and the hardware (webex devices). This is a MAJOR advantage that no other solution on the market can offer. No problem of updates, obsolescence of certain related devices/software/firmware, connections …
Being a Cisco focused company where we use Jabber, Webex, and other Cisco hardware, the WebEx Room Series fits well into our environment and provides the seamless user experience we would need using the least resources to host and join meetings within the company, as well as …
When it comes to compatibility with other systems, the Cisco Webex Room Series offers the most leeway. Without an additional Cisco license, the Room Series can connect to Zoom and Microsoft Teams rooms. When compared to our product, the alternatives from other manufacturers …

Cisco Webex Room Series offers a great integration of the different Webex solutions together. For instance, starting a Cisco meeting on a Webex Room Devices directly from the Cisco Webex App, sharing content from the Webex App wirelessly with Cisco Proximity. In addition, a …
The ability of the Cisco Webex Room Series to integrate with other Cisco infrastructure products greatly improves the support and maintenance we can provide.

I am not a big fan of Zoom but used for some ceremonies. Looks like some old tech, and I feel like it is not secure enough. Webex Meetings look more decent and authenticated, and more secure. CGI uses Teams for all their meetings; it's as good as Webex Meetings.

Chose Webex Meetings
I think Webex is the superior product to both Microsoft and Zoom. Microsoft's interface is confusing and the meetings are difficult to join. Zoom's interface seems unfinished and unprofessional like it is designed for consumers and is not appropriate for a business setting.
Webex is not an island like other tools. Everyone is able to join easily and fast, it does not matter if they are on Windows or Linux, using a browser, or install the app. Even on a smartphone, you are able to join. And also PSTN dial-in is included, as well as SIP for standard …
