Likelihood to Recommend	Cisco For the most part, this is a great software solution for the average user. For consulting it's ok, but [there aren't] that many reach features. The MPLS circuit connection has been very stable and I am very happy with its uptime. I am also quite happy with the calling plans. I have been able to cut back on costs with the design they have. Cons	Cisco Recording feature cannot record phone sound just computer sound. Recording feature does not generate a file with "known" extension, it needs specific player.
