If you need to characterize the loaded data with statistical parameters, it is preferable to do the analysis previously and only load the results for the software to show them. This does not detract from the software, it is simply impossible to "have the best of everything" in a single application.

EverString, now part of ZoomInfo

I've recommended EverString to many folks I know that are trying to build good target lists for their sales and marketing efforts. If your company has allocated a significant budget to do targeted marketing, EverString is extremely useful. If you're not committed to spending money to reach the accounts you've built in EverString, it's decidedly less effective.

Pros

CleverMaps (formerly CleverAnalytics)

  • The response of the software to the requirements has been consistently fast. Only in extreme cases where the speed of the internet system present in the site where the tool is being used is extremely slow, we have recorded delays in accessing information.
  • The software allows the possibility of several people located in different geographic locations, simultaneously accessing the same information, without interfering with each other.
  • It has made it possible to detect "information gaps" that were thought to be non-existent, and that resulted in expedited decision-making, to try to fill the gap or to find alternative solutions, not initially contemplated.

  • Target users based on products they are currently using. This helps determine if a potential customer is a good fit for us.
  • USA Contact lists: we have clearbit reveal on our website to determine which companies are engaging on our site, but that's only at an account level. Everstring is able to provide us contact (company list upload) so we can find the right "active buyers" to reach out to via sales.
  • Being able to filter by job title and department allows us to find the decision-makers at a target company.

Cons

CleverMaps (formerly CleverAnalytics)

  • It is not functional if it is intended to be used in small mobile screens, since to achieve an adequate visualization of the maps and the side panel, at least one screen the size of a tablet is needed.
  • There are times when you do not want to show (for reasons of confidentiality or for commercial reasons, for example) all the data that is associated and loaded in the database. So far we have not found a way to load the data in a way that ensures that "sensitive data" is displayed only when desired, and not automatically with the data set in general. The option is possible. Research is continuing on this.

Everstring is really easy to use and navigate. It is also an intuitive system, so anything that initially obvious you can work it out pretty quickly. -Nice home page -Easy to use filters to build lists of companies-Simple to search based on keywords- Huge number of companies searched and made available to our SDRs quickly. Not a 10 because:- Not the biggest fan of how they display results (on the initial search return page, it can take a while to go through. Inside each company, retrieved is a nice interface again).- Doesn't seem to always be accurate for EMEA companies (90%)

Have a plan on how you're going to evaluate. We had a two-month trial period, but a six-month average lead cycle time, making it impossible to evaluate on a purely new-business ROI basis within the trial. We applied the model to our prior data, which demonstrated how much time and effort was devoted to accounts that weren't going to close

It has evaluated the benefits and weaknesses of the named applications and other additional ones that are not included in the previous list.As it happens with almost everything in life: there are skills and potentialities of a software that are more applicable in certain fields of work, and for certain characteristics inherent to the data that it handles.Within this same company, there are applications that are more useful for a certain type of data and information and less versatile for others.
More important is the knowledge that must have, about the data and processes involved, the person who has the responsibility of selecting a certain software.

We still use Zoom in situations in which the contact information is not up to date in EverString, but they do not offer the same insights that EverString does so I wouldn't necessarily say they're comparable. The information that EverString provides us is much more in-depth, up to date and correct. We trialed a few different products alongside EverString and it was the clear winner.

CleverMaps (formerly CleverAnalytics)

  • It allowed detecting "information gaps" in places where it was not expected that this scenario could occur.
  • It has made it possible to quickly visualize, locations where, although information existed, this information was relatively old, or of low quality compared to that which can be obtained with the most recent technologies.
  • The detection of these scenarios improved the level of satisfaction that the company routinely asks of its clients, who stated that they are highly satisfied with the level of knowledge that the company has in relation to information, especially the historical records, that in our field of action is of high importance.

  • Opportunities created - we saw a notable uptick in opportunities created from LDRs.
  • Deals Closed - we also saw great improvement in deals closed.
  • Same number of leads sourced - the increases in opportunities created and deals closed were all on almost exactly the same number of MSLs compared to when we didn't use predictive. The gain in efficiency in lead management has been significant.
