    I honestly can't think of any scenario when ClickUp is not well suited. This is a wonderful tool for someone with ADD IF you get in the habit of actually scheduling tasks and working off of the tasks you have scheduled. Procrastination is an ADD rabbit hole if you let it - ClickUp solves so many issues by helping my ADD mind organize and forget about tasks until I NEED to think about them. My stress levels are lower because of ClickUp... seriously!

    RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.

    • We need more functionalities in the formula area. The ability to sum formulas would be great.
    • Hoping to be able to share dashboards as a public view.
    • The ability to change the sequence of automations and clone or duplicate or share.
    • Be able to sell templates as consultants and maintain privacy so users cannot share to the whole world.

      We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.

      Having used ClickUp for less than a year in my current organization, there have been only a couple of times when errors occurred and we've been unable to access our projects. However these have only been very brief, and did not negatively impact us. I recall these times only lasted for no more than an hour or so

      I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.

      I started using ClickUp when it was what most would consider a baby company. There were the occasional bugs that made working in ClickUp a little bit of a headache, but the support feature allowed me to chat with a real persona and communicate my issues. I would always get prompt support and someone willing to really help me, not just point me to FAQ pages. Not feeling like a number really makes a difference.

      There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.

      Using ClickUp is fairly easy. There are multiple guides on how to use all of the functions in the system. An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.

      I prefer ClickUp because it works the way it is supposed to. Other productivity apps we have tried will introduce and promote a feature that is typically very broken. We ended up spending more time on chat with customer support than working. I think we have maybe contacted ClickUp's customer support a handful of times.

      Procore is [a] product that we [are] familiar with as well because a few other companies that we have partnered with use Procore. The program is a good CPM, but RedTeam stands out to our company for the customer service. Over the years we have been able to communicate opportunities to make something more efficient and they have implemented some of those suggestions. That is invaluable to us.

      As long as organizations are thoughtful when setting up their workspace, I believe that ClickUp is very scalable. For example, we have divided our spaces into functional areas, and further organized projects into a folder system within spaces. By being thoughtful in the early stages of set up, I believe we are avoiding a disorganized situation down the line where projects lack any clear structured hierarchy.
