CloudApper SalesQ is best utilized in managing sales teams in clusters of around 50. It can be classified as a sales management app, rather than a CRM. Data analysis-dependent companies who want to deduce how teams are performing can take advantage of its remote data collection. Extremely large organizations are better off using Salesforce.

Given that I've been working in the call center industry for years upon years and knowing how well-streamlined the process of distributing training modules to a whole floor of agents all at once can be, I must say, Intradiem would have been a bit time saver back when I first started at similar workplaces. Training modules would be what I would say is its most appropriate usage, as opposed to direct communication on an IM basis.

CloudApper
Salesforce has sleek UI and UX and also has a plethora of robust features. However, it is quite expensive to adopt and develop for the average user and is also quite cumbersome. CloudApper SalesQ is quite affordable and simple, and gets the job done. It is great for monitoring sales teams and managing their performance.
