Cloudflare
The ease of use for DNS is good - but not so much during an Audit of subdomain records. Cloudflare Proxy was acquired to protect our domains against industry-known attack-methods and it works very well. It is a 'blanket' configuration for a domain - not needing to be configured for each site; but a problem is that it is a 'blanket' configuration for a domain - and not easy to omit a site from a WAF Rule preventing the site to function. Cloudflare Zero Trust combines their Proxy along with tunnel-access to allow valid external users access to internal critical systems in a safe and secure manner. The Cloudflare Support Staff are good at helping us identify and resolve issues. They have helped with attack-analysis and also with issues preventing valid connections. The Cloudflare Account Staff is extremely helpful with directing us on projects and even performing some of the automation in a crunch.

CloudGenix would be suited for any company that has an internet connection if you have multiple sites you could use this to help with network traffic and what should take precedence over other applications. If you didn't have various sites, you could go with another type of internet connection.CloudGenix may not be suited for that scenario.

Cloudflare features are an integral part of my website, as of now I can’t think about doing without it. It would require an unimaginable time and effort to find and implement alternatives for every feature, considered how large and diverse Cloudflare feature set is

Usability
Cloudflare
Everything is extremely concise and all settings apply immediately and take effect globally. There is no reason to explicitly plan/think in terms of individual regions as one would have to traditional cloud offerings (AWS, OCI, Azure). All Cloudflare products integrate seamless as part of a single pipeline that executes from request to response.

Support Rating
Cloudflare
Because of Cloudflare Zero trust network security services, Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) is the technology that makes it possible to implement a Zero Trust security model. "Zero Trust" is an IT security model that assumes threats are present both inside and outside a network. Consequently, Zero Trust requires strict verification for every user and every device before authorizing them to access internal resources.

The support was super fast in the beginning. Sometimes it seems now that the support does not get back to you as quickly. When we do get in contact with the support, they are usually knowledgeable and can help find the problem. The support has also been easy to work with.

We evaluated Silverpeaks and Cisco. We found that CloudGenics' had a pricing model that met our needs. The sales team we worked with went over our existing environment thoroughly to provide the right size solution without compromising or limiting our technology needs. While the overall solutions form each vendor would have worked, we simply believed CloudGenic was the right fit for our company based on price, sales, support, and functionality.
