codeBeamer ALM vs. Diligent HighBond

In my opinion codeBeamer is well suited for any activity where detailed tracking is needed with teams involved. It can be less suited for small projects which do not last long, or are not continuous, etc

Diligent HighBond is designed to offer enhanced data visibility through a series of easy-to-customize storyboards which offers real-time visibility of your data at a glance. This together with the advanced analytical tools makes it a best suit to manage the governance, risk and compliance processes and needs for your data in real-time

• Would be nice that cB is a source of truth, i.e., that say SVN commit is done only from cB; know this is difficult to achieve.

• Tracking request submission to a specific month can get tricky.
• Sometimes takes a little extra effort to match an email request to the correct request in the interface

Sometimes info in codeBeamer can be lost, in principle, if not well organized by the user, info can never be found, or can be forgotten about, etc

HighBond by Galvanize support has some of the best and fastest support that I have experienced. Though we only contact them through emails, they were quick to provide insightful information about our problems. Whenever we email them about an issue, they would be able to reply in less than an hour, ready and prepared with useful solutions to address the issue.

First i want to attest that the implementation process is very smooth mainly because there are no complications of customizations. Another thing, the cost of implementation was relevant to us and we are super gland to have found a product that offers us the value for our time, money and resources

codeBeamer is by far better.

Diligent Highbond stacks up somewhat poorly against our other tools. In addition to what was included above, we use some smaller tools that fulfill many of the gaps left by Diligent Highbond. We have since started to move away from Diligent Highbond. Alteryx is better at processing data and their server tool can be used to publish results for review.
