Likelihood to Recommend I think code signal is one of the best platforms for organizations to better test the resource for their coding skills. Its way of conducting the test saves engineering time, reduces the risks that hiring companies have in technical interviews, and provides a cheating-free environment. The platform can be improved to make the new learners practice well on the platform and get used to it.

It was very convenient given where I am geographically located to interview with our corporate office in Rhode Island. It provided the convenience of interviewing remotely for the opening posted.

Read full review We have experienced some technical issues with the Live Interview feature. A lot of time it is because the user's computer settings are not set up correctly. They are working on adding a feature that will allow you to edit the email templates. Hoping for this to be released soon as it is nice to have different communications sent out for different cites around the globe. Customized CodeVues can be difficult to set up. Recommend having a technical employee help out with this. Would like to see more CodeVue questions added to the Question Library. Moreover, the candidates find it easy to use given that it is a single test. This means that we get much more applications than using other platforms. This helps us to hire better faster and easier with codesignal.

Read full review In-Person Training It has clear details for every staff to understand the basic, and staffs can communicate efficiently to provide strong backgrounds. Also, the manager who provided this training has collaborated well with the Codesignal staff so that everyone could learn more about CodeSignal and look at it from different users' perspectives. So the training was really helpful

Read full review Gray Peak doesn't even compare to HireVue. Where I think Gray Peak is a 2 or 3 out of 10, I am absolutely convinced that HireVue is a 10! Yes there are probably some tweaks for HireVue but this product is truly amazing. It impresses me each day with the volume that we are able to put through and how it is a complete convenience for ALL parties involved in the process

Time to schedule has been shortened as candidates are able to self-schedule their own interviews with a hiring manager; no more chasing people through phone calls to coordinate multiple schedules. Candidate reach has been greatly enhanced - we can reach more candidates than we ever could with traditional phone screening.
