for the price point and that would handle our usage billing needs Sage Intacct was the only option that competed -- visually and some key feature like saved searches/export, reporting and NSPB pushed NetSuite about Sage -- but overall we liked and trusted the sales team at …
The user interface of NetSuite ERP is more intuitive and the data captured in the transactions is more detailed. There appears to be more features in NetSuite ERP and flexibility in what can be done, ie Saved Searches, versus the other system.

NetSuite is significantly more intuitive and user friendly than SAP. SAP navigation was slow and difficult to find what you're looking for without backend codes. With NetSuite, there's a useful global search feature to quickly find what you need and robust capabilities for …
Zuora - does one thing and not that well. The best thing about it is consolidated invoicing. It's a point solution that thinks it's a platform. It's difficult to navigate, the navigation doesn't make much sense, and any customization is really just a deceptive crutch. NetSuite …
NetSuite is not as strong as Salesforce in many areas, but in 2009 when we made the switch the financial packages were stronger than the options with Salesforce. At the time we currently used Salesforce, but would have needed to do a major "upgrade". It was decided it was …
Although Certify is more user-friendly, Concur provides much more robust features. The main reason we chose Concur was the audit history and the ability to set reimbursement limits and options for a 2nd manager approval if the requested amount met certain thresholds. There was …
