Read full review Quora Blogs is well suited to reach your ideal customer set and the interaction is lot more social than many other platforms. There are no bounds for expressing one's thoughts and ideas. A well directed communication is made and conversations are top notch. What I feel is that there should be a good enough reach for more customers.
Read full review Pros When I need to quickly determine what Google features our keywords are ranking for: Featured Snippets, Carousels, Rich Snippets, Sitelinks, PAA boxes, etc. The ability to create highly customizable dashboards that provide a one-page view of insights for the specific web properties you are tracking. A content guidance tool that is unmatched by any other product available in the market. Read full review I like a lot of interesting topics, I have signed many of them. I also like that I can help people. I often go to the questions tab and answer them. Quora can help you find answers to any questions. I share my experience. Read full review Cons Backlink tracking/reporting (would like to see backlinks more easily and maybe backlink opportunities if possible) Custom content briefs (right now I move the brief from the platform version into our own in-house Word doc template because it is more detailed. Would love to be able to customize the brief that is set up within Conductor so that we can do it all in one place.) Read full review Deep knowledge is not on Quora Blogs. One gets the overview only. It is not a single specialized source. If tech, one would follow Stack Overflow instead of Quora Blogs. Old posts are still circulated currently, which should be modified. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Conductor has the right amount of tools for our usage. The support is also really good so we get help when we need it. The tool is well priced for the amount of functionality you get. There is plenty more I could say here but I'll keep it short and sweet.
Read full review Usability I check features like the InsightStream every Monday to monitor any major losses or gains in performance. These are easily digested and save me tons of time searching for these insights manually. If there's anything "worth calling home about" I can easily add insights into a workspace and create a report to communicate these results. It's super easy to use Conductor with a team and across departments.

Read full review Support Rating It's been sort of off and on in the 2 years I've used it. The live chat has been really helpful many times, and they're quick to respond. We had different support contacts but they've all been good. I think they've recently changed the way they provide support that I believe will be more dedicated and hands-on
Read full review Quora has an amazing community that gives you the support you need if you are actively contributing in a helpful way. Content is short and concise and gets right to the matter at hand. My team has found it useful in showing up as an expert in our industry by answering the questions that are being asked out there.
Read full review In-Person Training Our in house SEO manager trained everyone. It was easy to learn and he was well versed with the product. Any questions we had he was able to answer or reach out to support to find the answer
Read full review Implementation Rating I definitely recommend their professional services for getting started. It got our account 90% of the way to where we needed to be in order to gain value from it. In fact, I'd suggest that with few exceptions (such as, you have a staff that is already familiar with the platform and doesn't need any help), the quick start services over the first 30-90 days should be a standard part of onboarding with any new client. It definitely got us to the point of gaining ROI from the solution and, in turn, will make it easier to justify renewal and continued investment in it.

Read full review Previously, I never read blogs and I would just try to search here or there on google/the internet for things I was interested in, but now [with Quora] I can find everything in one place. For example, I once searched about the computer languages and their usages and one blog post really sorted out my confusion as it was completely detailed. Read full review ScreenShots
