This process eliminate human error and provide accurate information in our financial reporting. This process helps our accounting department provide efficiency and accuracy on providing data.

Read full review Pros It is positive that Conga integrates with and is operated within SFDC Conga allows users to tag any document with dynamic fields that map to SFDC and send it out for signature Conga allows us to consistently produce quotes with the correct SKUs, Terms, & conditions at scale Read full review FoxitPhantom carries superior editing tools over Adobe Acrobat and similar products. It allows you to modify text, images, & objects in a more robust fashion Integrates well with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PPT, & Excel Allows you to work in a nearly paperless environment Read full review Cons It is challenging to go from solutions to templates and then to each account record to generate - is there a way to generate for all? the search for reports is unwieldy - can there be a "recents" to cut down on what reports we are searching through? or a way to view folders. i have tried saving time by having conga composer up on several records and you can't generate records. again, if there is a way to generate for all? Read full review I have a dual monitor setup at work and there are times when I wish that I could view pdf documents on both monitors at the same time. I have not yet figured out how to do that with FoxitPhantom as it appears to limit the user to displaying multiple pdf documents as separate tabs on the same screen. If dual screen is an option in the software, it needs to be more apparent. I can't think of any other desired improvements. This software really does everything that I need it to do. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Though I love how easily Conga Composer ties into Salesforce and its given analytics, it takes a lot of data entry to get up and running. I don't love that sometimes queries can take a long time to pull. I like keeping our marketing templates consistent via templates in the system. Pulling multiple objects into one report is fantastic too.
Read full review Because very few editors are so easy to use and deploy backed by speed and performance. Foxit PDF is known for its speed and performance, allowing users to open and work with PDF files quickly and efficiently
Foxit's user-friendly interface is easy to navigate and use, making it a popular choice for users who are new to PDF software.
Read full review Usability It's a fairly simple tool to integrate into your current business structure. When we've had issues, we were able to resolve them extremely quickly. The users click a button and it can bring in all the quote lines, and our credit application seamlessly into our tool. I'd definitely recommend it to other colleagues
Read full review Foxit Phantom is pretty easy to use, but it is not as intuitive as the latest Adobe PDF products. Although the initial transition across the organization was filled with negative reactions, I think that over a few months, all departments were able to adapt to the new software and feel like they could find what they need within the tool.
Read full review Performance This product appears to work well. It was not a fit for us this time, but we would consider in future
Read full review FoxitPhantom PDF integrates very well with the Microsoft Office products, which is where I found I use this the most. It performs about as well as can be expected, without any out of place latency. Whether it be merging, deleting, editing or rearranging pages, its performance holds up even with larger documents.
Read full review Support Rating It's been hit and miss depending on the issue. We use javascript to generate the urls which has confused many techs even though it generates a clean url - they are overwhelmed by the concept of code and can't understand that the url is all that matters.
Read full review I haven't personally had interaction with the customer support from FoxitPhantom, however based on conversations I have had with members in the organization, I was given positive feedback. Their website has a lot of information and tutorials. If you need to contact them, they are quick to respond. User manuals are readily available.
Read full review Implementation Rating It was painful internally to build out all of the templates, but the actual implementation of the product was okay.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I think
Nintex is the primary competitor for Conga Composer, but I have not personally used it. I was not present for the decision to purchase Conga but I would recommend it in future document automation vendor selection processes because I have seen how well it works! We are especially fond of complementary features in Conga Composer, including Conga Email Templates and Conga Global Merge.
Read full review I would say that when you want to get a bigger share of the market and take business from long time consolidated applications like
Acrobat , you really need to try harder and give something more to the user to be able to change their mind and switch to Foxit. In our case licensing was an important factor and at the beginning we had a small learning curve with users asking how to open PDF files and what was that orange icon. The truth is that we as users accepted the new software happily because simply said: it does the job. After using Foxit I would not go back to
Acrobat , I like better the connectivity, the simplicity and the way it manages the tabs.
Read full review Return on Investment Without Conga Composer we wouldn't be able to auto generate documents in Salesforce, the extra customisation is needed. The ROI is obvious when it comes to having customised documents As long as the data is available in Salesforce, it's available in Conga, and so we have no issues with it's efficiency Read full review We have cut our mailed AR by over 60% by exporting to foxit and emailing. We have cleared an entire room to be used as additional office space by scanning in old documents. The feature that allows you to directly type onto PDFs has increased our quality control by allowing us to highlight or add notes to important info.
