At $95 per month for unlimited seats, it's the cheapest solution for both support and marketing/sales teams if you need multiple seats. At the same time, everything works so smoothly and efficiently that you'd never believe it is such a cheap tool. Small teams could leverage their Free plan or the Pro tier, however, to get access to advanced features like chatbots or CRM integrations you'd need to get the unlimited package. Magic Browsing is another top feature that allows support teams to see what the client is doing on the website and guide him through the needed steps to troubleshoot any issues

[EverString, now part of ZoomInfo] is perfect for the middle market banking business to find and uncover new prospects to reach out to. It helps speed up the process of getting to the point of making that first call. I think it is well suited for any business that needs to find potential business prospects.

  • EverString allows us to build account lists based off in-depth firmographic or technographic data. It's far more accurate than trying to build these lists any other way.
  • EverString is fast. Where it might've previously taken us weeks to build lists of this quality, we now can build them in a matter of minutes (and have them ready to be published in a couple of hours).

  • Contact lists are only available in the USA currently; adding to EMEA would be great. Might be a compliance/security thing though.
  • Sync with salesforce is buggy; we want to add in new contacts to our salesforce from EverString (minus duplicates) there is a "don't show contacts in my CRM" feature, but it does not work properly. When I applied this filter to a contact list, there were a bunch of duplicates already in our Salesforce. Added more work in having to remove them ourselves. Hopefully, they fix this issue.

Everstring is really easy to use and navigate. It is also an intuitive system, so anything that initially obvious you can work it out pretty quickly. -Nice home page -Easy to use filters to build lists of companies-Simple to search based on keywords- Huge number of companies searched and made available to our SDRs quickly. Not a 10 because:- Not the biggest fan of how they display results (on the initial search return page, it can take a while to go through. Inside each company, retrieved is a nice interface again).- Doesn't seem to always be accurate for EMEA companies (90%)

Have a plan on how you're going to evaluate. We had a two-month trial period, but a six-month average lead cycle time, making it impossible to evaluate on a purely new-business ROI basis within the trial. We applied the model to our prior data, which demonstrated how much time and effort was devoted to accounts that weren't going to close

Alternatives Considered

Crisp

Crisp has fewer auxiliary features that Intercom (popup builder and guided tours is something that comes to mind), however [I feel it] has MUCH better pricing tiers. It does 95% of things Intercom can do at 5% of the price.Both Drift and Freshworks provide similar solutions which are more expensive, but also have technical issues, which resulted in poorer performance of our website

We still use Zoom in situations in which the contact information is not up to date in EverString, but they do not offer the same insights that EverString does so I wouldn't necessarily say they're comparable. The information that EverString provides us is much more in-depth, up to date and correct. We trialed a few different products alongside EverString and it was the clear winner.

  • Opportunities created - we saw a notable uptick in opportunities created from LDRs.
  • Deals Closed - we also saw great improvement in deals closed.
  • Same number of leads sourced - the increases in opportunities created and deals closed were all on almost exactly the same number of MSLs compared to when we didn't use predictive. The gain in efficiency in lead management has been significant.
