I feel this is a great tool in terms of ease of use and user experience. The platform makes it easy to set up campaigns and report on performance. I feel targeting features can be more evolved outside of dynamic retargeting. But this is a great tool for certain verticals getting started.

- You are able to access to their data pool, to build audiences with just an email list (encrypted and hashed)
- Easy to use platform and easy way to analyze data from the dashboard. Everyone could manage the dashboard easily enough to surf through the data and understand the performance. Also you have the help of your account manager.
- The powerful algorithm drives good results for your company, without too much effort. And they are continuously improving with new features (design types, campaigns, platform, mobile / app products ...)
- Support for testing all of the integration of the events to check if data is well received. Google Chrome extension, testing mode inside the dashboard with error detection and also the help of your account manager + technical stuff.

- The demographic data was great. I could see how many males vs. females, ages, income, married, with or without children. It gave me a good idea of who my customers were.
- Using their tracking URLs in all of our campaigns allowed us to get a better idea of what exactly was driving revenue.
- Not only could I see top performing products, which I can do within Magento, I could also see top selling categories and colors.
- I can pull a Coupon Usage report our of Magento, but Springbot gave me additional info like AOV and ROI on those codes.
- Springbot also gave me a lot of info about our abandoned carts. It shows us which products are most abandoned along with views, conversion rates, etc.
- Springbot gave us an Instagram Shop page that allowed us to curate social shares and then tie them to products on our site.

- Tags and feed implementation : difficult and hard to understand for project and dev teams.
- The budget part is not clear, especially when the account manager does stuff on his own. It should be possible to change the budget from a period and not month to month.
- Now we have no information about the creative parts. It will be better to have a vision of which ad is working better than another and on which website.

- After our purchase, I let spring or know that I was currently too busy to implement the system and to put things on hold. They ignored this request and kept charging us a monthly fee without using any of their systems. I have only logged in once. Nothing has been set up. They can see that from their side.
- After multiple emails back and forth their out was in the user agreement. I never asked for my money back only credit so I can regroup and when I have time get on to implant the systems. They tell me they don't do that.
- They don't care about any of the customer's needs. They only care about charging you that monthly fee. Terrible bus plan. With enough bad feedback, they will suffer from such a narrow plan.
- I wish we had actual information about the cons using the system. Unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to do unless I wanted to keep paying while not using the system.

Criteo's platform is very easy to use from a marketing standpoint if you understand key terms. The frontend is very user-friendly and I personally had no issues. I enjoy being able to see key results and metrics being tracked from the dashboard. It is also easy to filter things as desired to break down data.

I think Marketing Solutions by Criteo offers a very robust solution for an ad tech platform and their support team is very knowledgeable about their product. I would like to see, though, more webinars and training about the technology behind the product to give us more tools to talk to our customers with more information and better visuals.

Criteo and AdRoll used to be neck and neck competitors, but Criteo has differentiated its offering by introducing user acquisition and app campaigns and continuously evolving its product while AdRoll got left behind.Compared to MoPub, Criteo's solutions are much more integrated and have more layers of data on their inventory to make sure the media bought on the platform can drive better results.

- Springbot gave us a better idea of who our customer was. We just launched in January 2015 having been B2B previously. So we weren't really sure who we were marketing to.
- I only paid $200/month for the service so I didn't waste a ton of money trying it out. They have a 30 day cancellation policy so I wasn't stuck in a year long contract.
- It was a let down because I had such high hopes of everything it would allow me to do and see with one platform. Give them a couple more years and I think they will work out the kinks.
