Well suited--customizable enough to go to market efficiently and quickly. Not well suited--Plug-in multiple demand sources, improved targeting integrations with first-party data.

Sojern is well suited for those who are measuring ROI and are looking to have more direct bookings to the website. Google has made it increasingly more difficult to book directly on a website. I believe it takes about three clicks to get to a website through Google listings and Sojern has made it easier for us to make our websites more visible in rankings. The same goes for OTAs, with Sojern we have a better means of combating pesky OTAs.

Retail Media by Criteo's support at the start (with ERMS and Hooklogic) was pretty poor, with support SLAs exceeding 72 hours. This has changed over time to having a dedicated team--therefore the 7 rating and not 8.

Sojern combines all of these platforms into one and makes information more accessible and easier to read among analysts. With Sojern we can easily make changes to ads created in order to boost ROI. Our company selected Sojern as a means to better our quality production and to lessen the time spent on adjusting content and analyzing data.
