However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

If you feel that sales team is not focusing on clients after 4-5 follow ups then this is the best software, it will help you to communicate with old leads by cold emails and this can lead to significant increase in business. Also using Reply you can understand the performance of your campaigns so that you can make necessary changes.

  • Customization: We have heavily customized the system. Creatio has been excellent in helping build requirements & see these through to implementation.
  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly
  • Cost: Definitely competitive.

  • Personal text-based email drip campaigns. Formatting is limited, so campaigns with HTML or heavily formatted will not work, but if you’re looking for features in regular text-based emails, Reply works great.
  • Customized emails. Even in a prewritten campaign with merged fields, sometimes you still need to customize the email slightly to certain individuals. You’re able to edit emails in a campaign to individual contacts so they receive exactly what you want but without having to create a separate campaign.
  • Tracking. Reply is great at sorting replies to emails as interested, uninterested, etc and manages them all in an inbox per campaign. The sorting algorithms are very accurate and it does a nice job tracking opens, clicks, and overall interest based on the content of an email reply.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.

  • There's not much editing options in terms of the email design, but it's not really a con since it allows the emails to get through picky Gmail and other email providers' filters.

I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.

The system’s UI, rich functionality, and a great potential for scalability made the system stand out among other vendors. It is a fully-fledged solution that allowed us to work with customer data way more efficiently and improve our processes on a regular basis.

Reply is a great tool, but it is not as sophisticated as Outreach. I think Outreach works best for larger companies, while Reply works great for smaller ones. The two tools have a lot of similarities. Outreach has also built a culture around their product, whereas Reply has not done so.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.
