If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

Sendoso

I do a lot of micro-campaigning for events and webinars and like to reward my prospects for their participation.

Sendoso is an incredible source for this. Sending them a gift card or a coffee mug is great, but being able to personalize the message and know when they receive it and open it makes the connecting with them at the right time that much easier and important. I can also take a list of 50 people who are attending a virtual Lunch & Learn event and send them all their UberEats gift cards in a few simple steps. Sendoso has been a huge ally in the world of virtual events, allowing me to get our attendees the gifts we promised and know when they receive them so that follow up phone call won't be awkward!

  • The process of creating or editing a touchpoint could be streamlined/improved.
  • Add images to send options within the platform for reference.
  • Sends via Sendoso directly - it would be great if we could add our company name in the "from" title so that our customers don't think the email is spam.

They listened to the problem with delivery times but did not present a reasonable solution. Again, the shipping costs consumed too much budget. On one bulk send their support team agreed to take over a project for a few of the reps which is encouraging to see.

We have worked with other swag companies, but they are not software/techonlogy products like Sendoso. We decided to use Sendoso solely because it (1) makes it easier to send personalized, one-off sends easier and (2) can automate the execution of customer lifecycle sends.

  • bpm'online is a bit pricey, so utilizing it in place of other tools to help on your ROI is important.
  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.
  • The automation of internal notifications when particular fields are marked has increased productivity and decreased human error overall.
