However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. If your company has a lot of data and needs a way to parse through it on a regular basis, Talisma is the software for you. If you want an easy to use system that has pretty graphics and a great user interface, look at other tools to see if you can find a better one.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.
