If you have an in-house expert, then this product, due to its customization abilities, is a great choice for a CRM. However, due to Creatio's low-code approach, there are areas where end-users can make their own changes and customizations without the need for a developer. One such case is building out team dashboards for real-time reporting.

Zoho CRM has a very simple dashboard you will never get in trouble to find the right CRM
management tool. It is designed in such a way the all the information related
to current and previous sales will be in front of you, by which you can further
take better progressive steps. Zoho
CRM has affected the progress of my organization, its smooth operation and intuitive interface is very easy to get started, no complex steps are involved in
its installation.

  • Customization: We have heavily customized the system. Creatio has been excellent in helping build requirements & see these through to implementation.
  • The system is really easy to use. Users pick it up & love it immediately.
  • Support is superb: If we have any issues or want to change the system at all, the team is always there helping by being fast, efficient & friendly
  • Cost: Definitely competitive.

  • Having more marketplace solutions that add to the system’s functionality would be great.
  • We look forward to further enhancements in ML (even though Creatio already has some AI-powered solutions in place).
  • We would also like to see some improvements to the customer portal.

  • I would say some UI enhancements, although this feature is on it's way with the soon to be released canvas builder. This will allow us to create a homepage view within each module so our users get all the important info they need in a beautifully designed layout to optimize their time spent in Zoho CRM.
  • The integrations with Zoho social, or other social media tools. This may stem from my lack of effort to better utilize this existing feature
  • To be honest I really can't say much is missing from Zoho CRM. One last thing to add is that there are so many functionalities of Zoho CRM that configuring each to optimize our teams success is difficult. It's important to take advantage of the features that best reflect our companies internal processes.

We went through an exhaustive process doing this evaluation and in the process took the time to really understand the objectives and requirements of all groups within the organization. Now that the system is in place it needs to be used and refined over a long period to time in order to get the full value. As a result you need to consider the long-term and renewal knowing that the system will get better the more you use it.

Overall this product is not easy to use, integrate or manage. I have used many different CRM platforms and I find this platform to cost a lot of time and stress trying to manage or integrate. There are many other options that will be a better purchase option, give a greater ROI and save your overall organization time in their day to day actions.

Sometimes they tell you to send an email, or they may be slow to actually solve the issue. They have support for paid and unpaid users, and chat, phone, email channels. You will be sure to reach someone, but in some cases you need a solution within a few hours and may have to wait a couple of days.

Zoho CRM

ZoHo's reporting features are much simpler than Salesforce. Much more intuitive and simple.Salesforce has much more options - however they are more complicated to use. Salesforce reports pretty much must be setup by administrators. Lay users have not been able to quickly make reports as easily as they could would ZoHo.Salesforce has a console view that is much easier to utilize.

  • Users are seeing the value of a consolidated information source and buy-in is quicker than it was with Salesforce or GoldMine.

  • Love it or leave it, a CRM is integral to sales operations. Zoho may not be the best, but it gets the job done.
  • When reps have consistently used it, sales and conversions have increased.
