I would highly recommend CrowdStrike Falcon to any organization serious about bolstering its cybersecurity defenses. The platform's effectiveness in threat detection, proactive mitigation, and scalability make it a valuable asset in today's ever-evolving threat landscape. Despite some learning curves and integration challenges, the return on investment and the overall security enhancement justify its strong recommendation.

Hypervisor based agentless security this product excels at. It provides thorough protection for your VM's. The web filtering product that comes with it also does a great job filtering out malicious websites from being accessed by users with a very user friendly prompt that they are going to a website which has been found to be malicious. This is particularly useful when it comes to VDI.

Great threat intelligence which is very up-to-date with the recent cyber attacks very user friendly in access and management Automated feature of detecting, taking action and closing incidents using fusion workflow. I am using version 9.6 at this time and it is extremely reliable. Some of the upgrades were not completely intuitive, but in those cases Deep Security support came through with documentation that covered all the bases. Read full review Likelihood to Renew

I think it is a complete and very trustful XDR platform, with very few False Positives. It is very well supported by highly skilled professionals on all levels: from pre-sales engineers, Customer Account Managers and support engineers.

It is the best application I've used. Its features are effective.

Support is generally pretty fast and gets right to the issue. We haven't had to use them much, fortunately, but the issues and questions we've had are usually answered quickly. The customer success manager/account manager you're assigned will also follow up with you on a regular cadence to ensure you're getting the most out of the subscription. There's not a whole lot of room to improve, other than the general confusion about what is/what is not covered in custom packages you're subscribed to. The initial purchase took much longer because of a package name changes and realignments of different modules into those packages.

Trend Micro's support is pretty decent, we have had issues in the past and they have been fairly responsive to us and our complaints. Depending on how severe the issue was. Any ticket that had a high priority was handled very shortly especially when we contacted our account rep even if it was after hours, we were still able to get support within a short time period.

There is limited amount of learning that can be completed in an in-person training available. In my opinion, the self-paced learning provided by Falcon portal is more useful over in-person training. The support from Falcon is great and useful to overcome difficulties, if any.

The training provided by Crowdstrike Falcon is complete in terms of the depth of technical knowledge and teaches the users about going through with the platform. There are lots of jargons for different tools that Crowdstrike Falcon has and this training teaches them all which helps in managing the platform better. Plus, the regular knowledge checks are also very helpful for the end user.

We selected trend micro to take the AV scans and filtering out of the hands of the Windows and Linux vm's we have deployed and move it to the hypervisor level. This has led us to be able to deploy only a single DSVA per host and can protect all VM"s that are on that hosts. This has allowed for more time being spent on other priority security tasks.
Read full review Return on Investment Centralized resource management means we need less tools to do the same job. EDR data is massive and has to be factored into the overall cost of the product. You are exponentially punished for more devices. CS has allowed larger coverage over devices and has discovered massive pockets of no protections. Read full review 100% positive ROI. Without Deep Security we would have to leverage and endpoint protection management solution like Sophos or SEPM (Symantec). Although both are good products, from a cost perspective it would have hit us much harder. Trend Micro Deep Security scales very nicely. Since Deep Security actually has zero (or at least unnoticeable) resource footprint on monitored VMs, it is a huge cost benefit for us. As previously mentioned, actual antivirus clients installed on each virtual machine (VM) would have significantly affected performance. This would have cost us much more additionally in paying for additional resources to allocate over VMs in the VMware environment. Deep Security is almost completely unintrusive from a resource perspective. Also, from a layered security perspective, it helps us meet our goals; and since the price of Trend Micro Deep Security quite reasonable, it is that much easier to get approval for this specific internal layer of security.
