It's an "alright" service if you are looking for a basic level service without much capability to "drill down" into deeper details or hope for multiple integrations with a tech stack you are currently using. One big issue is the data is limited on a window of storage, the results are usually gone after a certain amount of time but if you want to come back to it, you must save it off the server.

It does what you need it to do, but nothing more. I would use it if you are mainly looking for a simple and easy to use service where data and be read easily and quickly. The problem is, when there are questions from other stakeholders, the person who conducted the survey is unable to answer more in-depth questions.

It's okay, nothing too special, and no wow factor. The price is in line with its competition and slightly below us; we were quoted two prices when I mentioned we would potentially keep the current service we were using, and the sales rep lowered the price. It seems they will want your initial business and hope you stay.

This is on par with the competitors at its price, from what our company was quoted and invoiced. The problem is sharing about different tech integrations, you can simply upload results into your CRM for others to look at. Everyone has to keep coming back to the person who conducted the survey to get feedback every time.
