The functionality and features are set up to streamline the processes that take place daily, weekly, and monthly. You are also able to manage the big picture and track your company's information for multiple years, making it a scalable software. Job Dashboard gives you a great summary of that job at a glance. I can even pull direct reports based on the fact that there are drill-downs. I can go right to the receipt with the GL report drill-down capabilities. Workflows make the product accessible from anywhere for approval when I have people on the road. Dragging and dropping reports to in AP will then go to documents under the job it is attached to. Many systems are backed up automatically through the cloud or through some other solution, but not all. So there is a good chance that the data will be lost. it is therefore necessary to take the safe backup forecasts in the event of any unforeseen occurrence and cause us an unpleasant surprise. There is a difference between being served by a real person when making a phone call, to an automated attention system. Sometimes it is good to make the tasks more automatic, but it is also good to have a little personalized help to avoid losing the human value of relationships. We would love to see the interface continued to be improved visually and made more customizable. We would like a reporting feature for the Sub Pay App automatic email delivery. The data that is collected must be available for the generation of statistics for decision making by the directory. This tool allows us to generate the necessary data to generate results, save time and production cost. The other products did not fit our objectives.

Jonas has positively impacted our Accounts Payable and Receivable department by making tracking and processing organized and streamlined. Previously we were having to track invoices and payments through emails and various formats. We are now able to connect each AP or AR invoice to the job and subcontractor, keep track of the billing due dates, and have all the paperwork generated from Jonas.
