Data Axle Genie vs. Gazelle.ai

If you are looking to enrich your existing database, Data Axel Genie isn't the easiest tool to use. I do like how the contacts are verified, however, you have to pay PER contact if you are enriching, and if you merged existing infrastructures, it's not as easy to clean out your database. And it is very costly for this company.

Highly recommended, it is beneficial for obtaining information from different sources and an excellent boost for prospecting. Its user interface is user-friendly, and all its functions are easy to understand and implement. Gazelle's team is fantastic, the adaptation process is fast, and their staff accompanies the users during the process; the training is excellent, and the customer service afterward.

• If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

• We have a very specific industry and sometimes drilling down to these leads can be challenging. But with customer service, they have solved this for us.

• Some industry data is not up to date. However, there have been a few outdated data that we have come across.

It was good when we had it but there definitely more softwares out there that provide more information, more current contact info and are much more user friendly

We only looked at Zoom info, but Gazelle.ai stood out from a user and experience standpoint. The international database is a game-changer and is much more than just a spreadsheet of companies. Being able to visualize the locations of businesses makes prospecting so much easier and makes thinking that much simpler.
