    Best scenario is digital advertising campaigns where there is a specific data need like purchase based targeting or account based marketing and there is room to generate new consumers. Worst scenario when you have a very specific set of consumers or objective to reach that would benefit from the additional users reached within the modeled portion of the data.

    The way Community Tax uses Sugar from a users point of view is, it can house a lot of information for either a company or individual with the option of adding additional sub cases . The down side is there are licenses issued per user and 1 per user is not enough because most of the time we are multitasking. Therefore a program/software would be more suitable instead of using a URL.

    • 1:1 matching to modeled ratio. Though modeling is necessary to build scale, some clients require very specific targeting that cannot be fulfilled through a modeled audience segment.

    • I feel like there are unnecessary steps needed when saving work, which makes it time consuming at times.
    • Being able to create my own dashboards to my liking has been a challenge and I have had to ask IT to assist with that.
    • The system has gone down many times on me, I am not sure if it due to updates, but it does disturb my productivity.

    Node excels when it comes to lead intelligence like account-level and market insights. Its lead management module gives better segmentation and account identification. It is a good choice for mid-size companies (50-1000 employees) and their quality of support is very satisfactory. Its searchable data gives accurate results and its ease of integration with Salesforce is an added advantage over its competitors.
