Likelihood to Recommend	Delibr Delibr is great for tracking customer feedback and sharing specific sections of a document with stakeholders. It has useful formatting tools and decision tracking that can be embedded right into the document so you can revisit when/why something was decided. Collaboration tools are easy to use and intuitive. I've found it helpful for requirements, planning, feedback sessions, and support/technical documentation for internal users. It allows users to customize the reports to create a traceability matrix or any other reports that are needed.
