Read full review Delighted is best suited for organizations starting off with their Customer Experience journey. Off the bat, you want to start with a platform that's affordable and easy to set up. Once you've gotten the hang of running a Customer Experience program, you can move up to a more advanced platform like Qualtrics. Luckily, Qualtrics acquired Delighted a couple of years back so transitioning should be frictionless.
Read full review Pros It provides a rating for customers to rank how satisfied or not satisfied they are with the service. As an Account Manager, this is a helpful tool to hear customers' experiences and feedback. It helps us manage our next steps because the tools also provide options to note the action taken and if the issue has been resolved or not. Read full review Simple and easy to use Data exporting is always nice Read full review Cons Our service model does not provide any ownership over the platform. We have to engage our Medallia Project Team to build surveys, troubleshoot issues, make changes to surveys, reports, and dashboards, resulting in long turnaround times and inefficiency. Medallia charges for both "units" and users. "Units" are defined as named individuals in surveys, but don't have log-in privileges. In our case, they are customer service agents or business consultants that engaged with the client but are not part of our closed-loop case management process or access to the platform. Read full review Having the ability to add in additional questions (more of a survey) would be helpful. I wish there was a way to ask questions that would categorize the areas in which we need to improve. ie. "this is related to_____" and then have a drop down with different departments. Read full review Usability Medallia's user interface is simple and intuitive for the end-user. Everyone in our organization from the CEO to store level team members use Medallia to see how we are delivering experiences for our customers. From an administrative side, I would rate Medallia closer to a 7.5, but this part of Medallia is not used as often post-implementation. That being said, you will need a technical/IT resource on staff or will need to pay a premium to a 3rd party to manage it for you.
Read full review We run surveys every single day and have the responses fed directly into our Slack instance. Everyone in the organization (not just CX) can view and resolve any issues customers bring up without needing for them to reach out to our Customer Support team. Truly, Delighted has made the organization more customer centric by delivering the feedback right where everyone is (no PowerPoint presentations required).
Read full review Support Rating Medallia is always there to answer questions and/or support our needs. In some cases it does require a PO if the request does not fall under normal support, but that does not change the fact that they are very responses and available to support your needs
Read full review I have nothing but good things to say about Delighted's Concierge team. They have been quick to respond and have been able to make a lot of our customization requests a reality. They're also very open to product requests and suggestions and have been quick in churning out new features ever so often.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Medallia does not only gives us convenience. It also gives us an opportunity to solve real-time feedback and create real-time solutions. The platform is easy to use, with a dashboard that could help our agents check their progress on a daily basis. I am particularly impressed with the platforms' ability to provide high attention to detail without compromising the sleek design that gives a professional vibe.
Read full review I chose Delighted because it offered an affordable price point to get started, yet with plenty of room to grow. We started with 2,500 contacts per month, which is more generous than competitors offer at a similar price. I also saw that Delighted could integrate with Salesforce and Intercom (plus API capabilities), so I knew we wouldn't outgrow Delighted quickly. Since Delighted has been acquired by Qualtrics, I expect that its capabilities will only increase.
Read full review Return on Investment It does play a big role when we are running a referral campaign. Referral greatly affects sales and retention since customers are bringing in new clients/customers. It helps our organization keep track of the accounts that are most likely to churn by checking their feedback and knowing how we can improve our service. Read full review Our organization is focused on providing outstanding customer service, and we use Delighted to survey our customers and find out how they feel we are doing. We have been able to identify problems and hiccups in our service from customer responses with Delighted, and have been able to correct and improve on those. As I mentioned earlier, Delighted is on the expensive side, and we have explored cheaper options. But the ease of use for our customers, and the easy to digest reporting has kept us with Delighted.
