It is well suited to connecting customer relationship databases and a project lifecycle. Business development people and other personnel should be able to get good use out of it in their daily jobs and functions. It is helpful to keep a record of ongoing projects and new pursuits among the team.

Infor CSI is an easy application to configure to the business needs and for the users to personalize the setup based on their preferences. The forms are well laid out so finding information is easy especially material transactions. Calculating a safety stock is lacking and so is a forecasting and shipping solution.

Strong technology stack that gives it long term strengths. Syteline is very scaleable, highly extensible and expandable. Work flow processing (ION) is strong and useful for increasing system feedback to user and decreasing repetitive tasks. Automated report generation is powerful. User interface is clean and very accessible. Broad functionality to meet a wide range of demanding environments. This is a solution you can use long term and not outgrow.

It is ok to use; it is not the easiest to use in terms of usability and user-friendliness but it is not the worst. It still feels somewhat outdated. Many cloud options are cleaner or look more modern. But it is good enough and you should be able to get the hang of it.

It is an easy solution to use as a vanilla software out of the box, but can still configure the design for specific usability requests to meet business requirements.

I would rate Deltek VantagePoint highly in terms of the overall support. You can receive support any time you need it and there is a representative from Deltek assigned to your account so that you can always get the help when you need it. Sometimes, they want to go more in-depth than I would like, however.

BQE Core. I think that BQE Core is definitely harder to use, and has a lot of features atleast from the users perspective that dont seem entirely neccesary. Deltek is very straight forward and easy to use.

Sage MAS 200 - Not nearly as strong in the manufacturing environment as Syteline and not as solid a technology stack. SysPro - Good product, but still has some older technology used when you look underneath the hood. Syteline has a broader product and technology offering and cleaner user interface.
