When I got hired on at my company, we needed some quick wins and instant content to get some of the initiatives going. Having the facilitator and participant materials all ready to go (Training in a box) was extremely helpful. What would have taken me years to put together myself, I was able to put together in a few months. The materials are very user friendly.

Cloud based learning management system feature of SAP Success Factor has helped easy tracking of employees which have completed the learning exercise of assigned documents. Tracking of documents due for yearly revision is also easier with SAP Success factor. This is also a very sustainable tool as it reduces wastage of paper

• I enjoyed the process of getting certified to teach topics from DDI. Our master instructor was excellent. He gave wonderful feedback and provided an environment where we could practice our skills and be ready to teach.
• The facilitator and participant materials are very professional and well laid out. They are easy to follow. Especially as a facilitator of the course. The facilitator guide provides very detailed content of what to say and how to teach the topic.
• I love the additional job aids, videos, surveys and reinforcement of training tools they provide for you to use with your learners. They also are provided in various formats (mobile, hard copy, etc.)

• Some of the courses are a bit out of date. They don't always stay up with the times of current trends in the business world.
• I would like to have the option of using the participant materials in a mobile format instead of having to call in and order hard copy participant materials for each course I teach.
• I would like to see more courses converted to Industrial format. I work for an Industrial type company and some of the courses are not relevant or do not hit home for our learners. They say they cannot relate to the case studies, videos, etc.

• Like many SAAS solutions, SuccessFactors sometimes loads very slowly, crashes, hangs
• Sometimes it Takes Long Time to Create Forms/Records ('Forms' could be anything you are creating)
• Although we can connect SuccessFactors to SAP Analytics Cloud, the standard content from SAP is very basic and not much useful, we have to develop more useful custom Dashboards that visualize the true essence of Analytics.

We have put a vast amount of time and effort into our installation- and there is more work to be done, but the system has a lot of benefits that we plan to maximize and optimize in order to generate the greatest value for everyone involved

For Key users, it is not really friendly. There are lot of hidden buttons which makes the experience difficult. For end user, it is quite easy.

SAP SuccessFactors is absolutely available when we needed, not a lot of downtime.

SuccessFactors Employee Central gets a middle of the road rating from me because of the things it does really well - Training. It falls short with the objectives cascade and visibility amongst my reports. That's what brings it down to a 5. Objectives need to be clear and concise in order to gain buy-in from your reports, and SuccessFactors muddies that by poor delineation between cascaded attributes and my report's objectives. The whole objectives cascade can be reworked.

I like OpenSesame for the numerous options of topics you have to choose from. However, my DDI rep really helped me drill down the topics we needed to focus on. DDI simplified the process for me so it was not so confusing on where to start and what to use. We mapped out a plan together on how to support our employees and leaders in their development.

Far better SuccesFactors. The options here are ay less and less easy to configure. Also, the UI is not that good. Also, no API or any SFTP-like connections are available in this product. Also, admins have to do a lot more work to make sure everything is as easy as in SAP.

• We are a part of a dealer network. Before we rolled out the training and materials using DDI, we ranked 38 out of 52 dealers for our dealer loyalty score. We are now ranked #2.
• We are seeing our leaders confidence go up. They feel much more confident in how to lead their teams. The environment within the teams has improved. They are having more effective conversations with team members. 1x1s are happening in a more consistent basis.
• Our leaders have more tools than they have had before in how to lead and support their teams. Checklists, templates, surveys, etc.

• SAP SuccessFactors is a highly flexible system that is well-known for being utilized by many industries. It can be a solution to the challenges that the personnel department frequently encounters with the training system for employees.
• In the SAP SuccessFactors learning platform, we can include business conferences to assist employees in improving their knowledge acquisition. SAP SuccessFactors is well-known for offering a highly customizable training platform.
