Likelihood to Recommend When talking with people in the industry (colleagues, job interviews, clients) Swydo, by DialogTech, has an outstanding reputation. I've recommended the service many times in one-off audits and to in-house marketers at clients who are still doing manual reporting. The Holy Grail was always getting data pushed to you so that you could analyze it and improve the business. Mondays are no longer reporting days. They're analysis days. We've also set up a number of online dashboards that we host on our site. We could use Swydo, by DialogTech, as well, but we think it's great that our site is the place where people retrieve their data.

Because you're directly accessing an API, there is some experimentation needed to get the data that you want. Read full review Leadfeeder has basic lead Tagging capabilities and some native integrations. It would be great to see more lead Activity Tracking and integration capabilities that sync with sales tools so a team could hypothetically keep their eyes on Leadfeeder-only while updating the CRM/sales tool. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Leadfeeder is the best anonymous visitor tracking software platform that I've ever used. Sitting as a layer on top of Google Analytics, the tool consistently provides us with accurate intelligence of what our hottest prospects are looking at while visiting our site. The Leadfeeder customer support is top notch and the company is always coming out with new updates that further improve the technology. On top of all of this, Leadfeeder integrates with Slack and our CRM, allowing me to continue to do my job without having to switch between various platforms throughout the day.

Read full review Alternatives Considered I've never found as good a combination of value and featured data as Swydo, by DialogTech. I think that
Semrush is a great tool, especially for research. And I use some of their social media templates, but the report writer is nowhere near as robust as Swydo, by DialogTech.
Supermetrics also has an okay product, but is nowhere near Swydo, by DialogTech's class. Even when I'm only reporting on one platform, I find that Swydo, by DialogTech, is often a better choice than the native report.
Read full review Leadfeeder is very easy to set up, use, and maximize functionality. It is also easy to train. Other tools have a higher cost of acquisition and ownership. Plus, the customer support and training are helpful and very accessible! It's great for small to mid-market businesses.
Read full review Return on Investment Improved accuracy Countless hours saved over years because we use it for regular and ad-hoc reporting. The regular alone is ~5 hours/week. Clients who haven't seen this kind of comprehensive reporting are wowed and thrilled. Read full review It has helped support us to understand our market and if our website is properly communicating to and providing value to that market We currently do not have the sales staff to go after potentially qualified organizations that visit the site but don't convert but it is a strategy we will employ at some point.
