Dialsource is great for any application where the business is using Salesforce.com. It helps with the dialing of the phone, leaving preset voicemails, speeding up the client call back response time and documenting client interaction in Salesforce.com. I recommend it to my realtor partners, and their teams, as a way to create more business contacts and interactions.

It's well suited for the organizations working worldwide but wanting to reach their prospects with a local presence. Also, its easier to save notes and tasks without opening multiple pages. It's ideal for businesses that are looking to enhance their efficiency and lower the downtime.

  • The AI feature annotates the phone call in its entirety.
  • It is easy to create a task in RingDNA so that clients can be followed up appropriately.
  • Has a text feature that has allowed us to text more with our clients.

RingDNA is very user-friendly. The application is overloaded with so many features that you would never figure out our use. It's layout is sleek and maneuverable. I've been able to train dozens of our agents remotely on how to use it and they too have been successful and impressed with the ease of use.

If I have an issue with the interface between Salesforce.com and Dialsource, usually the Support team is reaching out to me to let me know the connection between the two programs has been altered or disconnected before I even get a chance to realize it myself.

Sales. I used 8 x 8 for years, it doesn't compare to RingDNA. It integrates with Salesforce well. You can do so many different things on one page. It took a little time to learn how to use, but once I did, it really helped increase my productivity which helped me close more.
