Dialsource is great for any application where the business is using Salesforce.com. It helps with the dialing of the phone, leaving preset voicemails, speeding up the client call back response time and documenting client interaction in Salesforce.com. I recommend it to my realtor partners, and their teams, as a way to create more business contacts and interactions.

Sendoso

It is great to use once you build a rapport with a prospect to help move the deal along. If you have never connected with a prospect before and you try sending them a Sendoso then they most likely will think its spam and not open it. It's great if you booked a meeting and maybe the meeting ran over, you can send them a 10 dollar starbucks giftcard. The amazon integrations is awesome as you can pick just about anything they like and send it to them.

  • I like the integration with Salesforce that allows me to track a gift in flight.
  • I love the support team. They always have great ideas for campaigns.
  • I also like the product roadmap. Some of the things shared for the future would make Sendoso even more valuable and easy to use.

Sendoso

  • Marketo program setup could be much more intuitive and straight forward vs a lot of back and forth to set up one program/send.
  • Suppliers can at times disappear at a moment's notice leaving a gap in gifts that are working well at any given moment.
  • Love to see more upgrades to the platform. Feature improvements and road maps need to be more forthcoming.

If I have an issue with the interface between Salesforce.com and Dialsource, usually the Support team is reaching out to me to let me know the connection between the two programs has been altered or disconnected before I even get a chance to realize it myself.

They listened to the problem with delivery times but did not present a reasonable solution. Again, the shipping costs consumed too much budget. On one bulk send their support team agreed to take over a project for a few of the reps which is encouraging to see.

Sendoso

I like Sendoso more than Rocket Notes because Sendoso lets you buy whatever you like from Amazon. The Amazon integration is huge for me because customers need different things based on their experience with the company.

  • It helps more deals through the funnel by building a human connection. In a world where everyone is getting hundreds of calls and emails a day, you can really separate yourself by sending a prospect something that they enjoy and build a better relationship with them.
