Lattice has been difficult to work with in the past few months. We've struggled internally to try and improve their models, but it hasn't proven itself to offer substantial value. We're able to suppress low quality leads, but Lattice also promotes some questionable leads at times and also grades high potential leads as low scoring. We've tried time and time again to improve the model, but they haven't offered much in terms of help or partnership.

  1. Outbound Demand Generation: Self Sourcing leads for prospecting can be a challenge for any outbound team. It was even for us, and when we were doing it manually through LinkedIn and finding emails through email hunter extension. The task was cumbersome and time-taking, and painful. Having something like LeadIQ was magical for the Outbound team when it came to self-sourcing our own contacts and accounts, from our TAM.
  2. TAT for Prospecting decreases: Since sourcing of leads and accounts becomes much more efficient. Reps spend more time on the ground and phone and less time on the CRM. This was again a challenge for us in the past, but we have capitalized on LeadIQ and made our "spending time on the ground" metric much better.

  • Ease of use. It is a no brainer for our sales teams. They go through just 10 minutes of training. It is very prescriptive and clear. There is a minimal amount of flipping to get through what they need to. Everything is just on one screen.
  • Integration to Salesforce.com. The level of integration today is moderate. It integrates opportunity to opportunity. As soon as a sales person converts, it flows.
  • They are highly responsive as a vendor. If there’s a field that we want to add, they will adapt the product for us very quickly.
  • The model for professional services (fee based) is very flexible. It’s as much as you need. They advocate high service level for ramping new regions, and are very flexible with feet on the ground and helping out.

  • Once set up, it's super easy. Just click a button and capture the lead.
  • Love that you can capture as a contact instead of a lead and that it will attach to an existing account in Salesforce based on a fuzzy match with Company Name.
  • Love that you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page. So you can capture multiple people at a time.
  • I really like that I can see all the related objects that a given contact might have in SFDC. Lead and/or contact records (even with a company mismatch if it's an old record), accounts, and opportunities.

  • Detailed technographic information - we had a lot of issues with Lattice not being able to identify specific technologies being used by a company, which would be able to provide us materially different context as a seller.
  • Model is built once and is static until refreshed - do not get meaningful feedback into the model in real-time
  • Hard to identify which attributes are meaningful enough to include as enrichment in SFDC.

  • Rocky start to using it - but good follow up with customer service.
  • It can create duplicates in salesforce sometimes which is a headache for some departments who require salesforce to be our pure data source.
  • Sometimes the numbers aren't correct for the right individual - it gets numbers from wrong people with the same name - this has only happened a couple of times, very rare.

I will continue to use PRISM, especially now, because I after 3 years in the same geography, I have just transferred to a new territory. The tool really helps me focus on the best opportunities to pursue, which can sometimes be difficult with over 100 assigned accounts

I have yet to contact LeadIQ regarding support for the tool. Usability is pretty straight forward, and I was trained well to use the tool properly. I am giving the rating of a five since I can not say I have had contact with the support team.

Lattice was an incumbent tool from several years ago. Early on, we enjoyed a good relationship with the team there. After the acquisition, we have definitely seen a decrease in the quality of support and engagement from the team. As a result, we will look at several competing vendors when our contract ends with Lattice.

The user experience and design of the platform + the data health were far superior to UpLead and the other tools I demoed. I was also impressed by the pricing structure and the ability for me to pick and choose my plan or customize based on the sales team numbers and team capacity.

  • We have seen quantifiable ROI when our reps have used the product to target accounts. In a recent example we found that accounts that targeted these "hi-po" accounts identified by using Lattice analytics created over $27M in pipeline over a month long period for a key product we are interested in selling more of to customers, compared to a less than $1M for accounts that were not identified as "hi-po".

  • So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive.
  • We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum. Currently, these are often incorrect.
