Likelihood to Recommend Lattice has been difficult to work with in the past few months. We've struggled internally to try and improve their models, but it hasn't proven itself to offer substantial value. We're able to suppress low quality leads, but Lattice also promotes some questionable leads at times and also grades high potential leads as low scoring. We've tried time and time again to improve the model, but they haven't offered much in terms of help or partnership.
Read full review Lusha is well suited for sales teams that have a clear target of companies to reach. It needs to work with LinkedIn, so if you have a Premium Sales Navigator LinkedIn license your results will be much better. It still works for teams without Sales Navigator licenses, but I highly recommend to buy the license.
Read full review Pros Ease of use. It is a no brainer for our sales teams. They go through just 10 minutes of training. It is very prescriptive and clear. There is a minimal amount of flipping to get through what they need to. Everything is just on one screen. Integration to Salesforce.com. The level of integration today is moderate. It integrates opportunity to opportunity. As soon as a sales person converts, it flows. They are highly responsive as a vendor. If there’s a field that we want to add, they will adapt the product for us very quickly. The model for professional services (fee based) is very flexible. It’s as much as you need. They advocate high service level for ramping new regions, and are very flexible with feet on the ground and helping out. Read full review It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages. It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details. No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects. The tool really helps me focus on the best opportunities to pursue, which can sometimes be difficult with over 100 assigned accounts

All of our recruiters find this platform very user-friendly, and they are very happy using this service. Admin support from Lusha is always available, and they are ready to help and educate our team.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Lattice was an incumbent tool from several years ago. Early on, we enjoyed a good relationship with the team there. After the acquisition, we have definitely seen a decrease in the quality of support and engagement from the team. As a result, we will look at several competing vendors when our contract ends with Lattice.
Read full review Zoominfo is on par with Lusha in terms of quality of contacts but is far more expensive. Hunter.io is fine if you only need business contacts but fails in comparison with Lusha's broader options. I have used other solutions but they did not come close to working and I don't even remember what they were.

In a recent example we found that accounts that targeted these "hi-po" accounts identified by using Lattice analytics created over $27M in pipeline over a month long period for a key product we are interested in selling more of to customers, compared to a less than $1M for accounts that were not identified as "hi-po". Searching for contact information was daunting and painful a few years back. With 1-click imports, integrations and hunts: tools like Lusha are a massive benefit in terms of saving time in the ever laborious task of List Building.
