Pros	Tebra Technologies, Inc (Kareo + PatientPop) Patient communications: being able to send patients text messages has been a great benefit. Kareo sends out appointment reminders for us which saves our employees time. Cons	Tebra Technologies, Inc (Kareo + PatientPop) There are currently some issues with the survey feature that we have not been able to open, view, or publish the survey. This has been going on for 3 months and there has been no resolution. It would be nice to be able to filter who is receiving a survey so patients do not get them every time they have a visit. Support Rating	Tebra Technologies, Inc (Kareo + PatientPop) Other than speaking with someone about the issues we have had, I don't believe that anyone is actually working on a fix for our problem. If I can not open, view, and publish surveys when we receive them then part of the software is not working. They don't mind charging me every month for a service that is not functioning correctly. Alternatives Considered	Tebra Technologies, Inc (Kareo + PatientPop) We were very satisfied with Demand Force but switched to Kareo because of the price. and it put all of our platforms with one company. I would say Demand Force was a better product, however, for the price, Kareo is a great option if the engineers could work the bugs out.
