Likelihood to Recommend For our use case we have been using it extensively for centralizing the automated backup creation per scheduled time intervals for critical datastores and servers. Designed a backup plan DR plan accordingly and have everything integrated. To have better sleep for operational overhead in the event of ransomware attack or cloud systems going down in one region, this automation tremendously helps us to get a new env running in few minutes with less manpower.
Read full review It's very user friendly and easy to use. Rules can be managed on user-friendly interface web site console. For-example, violation can be release via management module. It provide prevention sensitive data against accidental data loss and compromised. Rule set sometimes work, sometimes does not work. There is no OCR feature. Forcepoint DLP tool does not have any AI feature that can learn user behavior or data and produces alarm.

Read full review It has predominantly protected us from unauthorized parties and has provided us with better visibility and control over our data. This software has also successfully prevented us from both malicious and accidental tasks, which are quite flexible actions when it comes to the violation of data loss prevention policies. This product has been successful in improving compliance and even mitigating compliance violations, which further facilitated IT security. I think there is room for improvement, as the user interface is slightly rough and difficult to adopt in the beginning. The software also hangs up at a few instances, which leads to some wasting of time and annoyance, but other than that, this software is good. The technical staff should work on the complexities for a better user experience. You need the ticket to be raised long beforehand to get support from TAC. However, in the case of enterprise support, its is not like this technical person will come on a priority basis. However it comes with higher prices, especially for SMB, it is allowed to pay that amount for support only. Read full review Likelihood to Renew This is the second company I've brought to Druva. Just today, I was tasked with recovering a file from a user that last saw it 6 months ago. I was able to restore it in under 5 minutes of getting the request. It's really that easy.
Read full review We have been fairly happy with the product and how it has worked. We have looked at other vendors for url filter and such and have not found one that meets our needs or does what we have been doing with Websense. The product has been fairly stable and we have only had a few issues in the past. We have all seen that it was one of the highest leaders from the Gartner Group Magic Quadrant for Web Gateways.
Read full review Usability The product is easy to navigate and manage. Setup and configuration is also easy. We did not need to pay for any additional professional services. Our account team worked with use on the integration. It was not complex or difficult to learn how to setup and use. End users also have the ability to log in and manage their own files and emails

Read full review Reliability and Availability Like any service, there are scheduled maintenance periods and unscheduled outages, however outages have been very limited and fortunately have not had any impact on our environment.
Read full review Performance Page response in the admin center is acceptable- rarely are we waiting for data to load. Backup speeds seem fine, and restore speeds are OK considering it's likely pulling data from cold storage. It often takes 30-60 seconds for the restore to begin transferring files, but speeds are acceptable thereafter
Read full review Support Rating We had an issue in my first year that took a long time to fix. The support guy was awesome, took screen shots, filled me in, was professional, but it just took so long. I do think that was an anomaly, but it certainly sticks out nonetheless. Beyond that, we've had pretty good support "relationships" with the reps. They're usually pretty prompt at getting back and quite knowledgeable. Just make sure you have your proxies updated, because that's always step 1!
Read full review Support from Forcepoint has been lacking. When calling in with a high priority issue we rarely are able to work with a technician immediately. The queue waits are very long and when you get through there are no support engineers available and we need to wait for a call back for hours it seems.

Read full review Scalability We started very small with this product, only backing up key officers' laptops. After our initial experience, we found it very easy to scale up the product to all company laptops and expand into file servers, VMWare servers, and other production-level data, like Office 365 and Teams. We found the product very easy to scale while remaining intuitive and efficient to use.
Read full review Return on Investment Using Druva has simplified greatly the backup process. Once fully configured to your business needs, Druva provides a fast amount of backups. Druva has saved a lot of time for the IT team. Usually time is wasted by staff members searching for a missing email. Now, they reach out to us or use their own Druva account to locate a missing email quickly and easily. The cost of deploying Forcepoint is fractions of pennies compared to the potential financial impact of data loss. There is some administrative overhead associated as false positives are inevitable, requiring a manual review and a potential loss of productivity.
