Likelihood to Recommend Each member of our team can choose their own view, so they can see only what is relevant to them. Plus, we can keep track of everyone's progress without bothering them. Our team loves that everyone can have a different view, so they see only what's important to them. In addition, we can keep tabs on everyone's progress without pestering them. The user interface has some nice quality of life features, such as the different views for different members of our team.
Read full review For content marketers, I would 100% recommend Monday.com. Applications like
Trello are OK for basic tasks, but I think Monday is superior when you're running campaigns alongside regular content plus ad-hoc tasks (or have more than one product to market). I can see it working well for different scenarios, like sales, customer service, and finance, but I can only speak for my industry.
Read full review Pros Easy Projects has a really nice UI. It's really easy [to] work there and make our projects easy to follow. Great support. A few times I had to talk with support about API connections and they answered me quickly and kindly. It's stable. I cannot remember a day when Easy Projects' platform [was] down, so it's really STABLE. Charts and reports are very easy to use Read full review I love that I can color-code sections/folders (I love color-coding!) I love that I can automate the majority of things on Monday I love the support I'm able to get when I don't know how to do something specific, I set up a call and get tips/tricks on how to accomplish what I'm wanting Read full review Cons Easy Projects has some problems when it comes to accessing the site via different methods/browsers. It is either very slow or never works on a tablet. It is not smart-phone friendly. And it stopped working for us in Firefox -- all we could use is Safari or Chrome (we are a Mac-based office). Easy Projects' email notifications are overwhelming. I turned them off completely since I was getting messages every time one little detail was added or changed. While the reports are great, they are somewhat hard to pull. It takes a lot of trial and error -- I would not say the reports are an "intuitive area." The biggest by far is what we fondly call "the screen of death." When you mark the last open task associated with a job as complete, a screen pops up that asks if you want to close the overall job, as well. The "yes" field is pre-selected, so if you are overzealous and click through quickly, it automatically closes the job. I don't know why they think this feature is helpful. We have so many staffers that complain they suddenly can't find their open job -- well, it's been marked completed and goes into the archive. Read full review The billing model is awful for small businesses! monday.com makes you feel like they are doing you a favour. You literally pay for seats you don't use. The billing model should be a per seat model! There are too many addons from monday.com and 3rd party vendors that you have to pay for. The value of those addons is debatable are often rebuildable outside of monday.com in a single use spreadsheet (which pay monthly for an addon that you only need to use once in a while?) or organisations are already using something else in their tech stack for that addon. Read full review Likelihood to Renew EP is great but could be better. EP has been a wonderful tool within our organization, it has helped us control expenses, resources, and the time needed to invest in each project, however when it comes to presenting reports and details it is a bit weak, there are more tools specialized in data visualization, and it would be good to make some kind of integration between EP and the other market alternatives
Read full review Teams involved in content creation, such as marketing or editorial teams, could use monday.com to manage the entire content lifecycle. Boards might track content ideas, assignments, drafts, reviews, approvals, and publication schedules, helping teams collaborate and keep content production on track.
Read full review Usability EP is easy to use and adaptable, its menu is intuitive and the design is pleasant.
Read full review monday.com enables quick creation of a basic project plan. In our office, we don't need a big, expensive Project Management System. We need a simpler, human-usable Work Management System. Most recently, monday.com added the four Predecessor Types to their Dependency feature. FS, SF, SS, FF are now part of monday.com's Dependency offering. This was my most-needed update, and monday.com provided it! I appreciate monday.com's rich library of Templates. However, my preference is to duplicate a useful project/board, then update it for my next project.
Read full review Reliability and Availability There have only been 2 instances in the past year where monday.com was down.
Read full review Performance Everything performs fairly well. Every now and then there are user errors where an employee will not click "ok" on a note they've created and simply exit out (I do wish that something was in place to prevent this, such as a pop "are you finished?")
Read full review Support Rating In my personal experience, I only needed EP support once and the truth is that they attended me very well and very quickly, they helped me with what I needed, it was a question regarding the use of WebServices, they solved my doubt and then they contacted me another agent to verify that everything was resolved and if they could help me with anything else
Read full review Our CSM, Jonathan is AMAZING! He was only introduced to us a few months ago, and we've has fairly limited interactions so far, but he's an absolute legend! He seeks to understand our problems, workflows, etc. and carefully considers a positive outcome for us within the system's capabilities. He's a wealth of knowledge and we're really lucky to have him
Read full review Online Training To have someone walk you thru the features and capabilities of Monday.com is priceless. Someone also coming along later in the contract to see if you are maximizing the program to suit your company needs is beyond helpful. The staff that have provided this training are fun, creative and very patient.
Read full review Implementation Rating I am really satisfied with the implementation of EP in our organization, since it is a very useful tool in our day-to-day work
Read full review We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

Read full review Alternatives Considered East Projects integrates with other financial systems such as NetSuite and Compass, which allows a great financial view into the existing and future projects and overall financial health of our resourcing. Other systems, such as
Wrike and MS Projects, just focus on project/task management, whereas this is a one-stop shop. It also allows us to manage internal resources.
Read full review We used an excel spreadsheet to track our month end close process previously which created a lot of issues around only one person being able to be in the checklist at any given time. Additionally, we were unable to have excel notify us when a task we need to have completed was done, but Monday.com has completely changed that for us!
Read full review Scalability For it to work across multiple departments and sites, I would like to see improvements made with integrations and automation. For this question, I am acknowledging not only the addition of internal triggers/automation, but also an expansion on external ones.
Read full review Return on Investment Increased team collaboration improved the results significantly, because we managed to reduce the amount of time wasted on unnecessary iterations, therefore reducing costs. The reasonable pricing enabled us to enjoy the service we needed with with less impact on our budget than we've expected. Read full review My favourite example? We used it to take a failed start-up, one where the prime investor was considering pulling out - to being a listed business (EURONEXT) within 18 months. That business now has a market cap at around $200m. Turnaround of a struggling health tech venture that was buried under endless spreadsheets by its investors - from loss-making to £2M EBITDA in two -years. Offshoring - Through the adoption of Monday as a key workstream management tool (moving off JIRA) we were able to reduce resource costs by over £2m per annum, without any change in efficiency or quality.
