It is a simple and easy-to-use interface. It can sync easily with your mobile app if required. My company uses Edcast for different purposes i.e. for learning resources to grow us within the organization.

Cloud based learning management system feature of SAP Success Factor has helped easy tracking of employees which have completed the learning exercise of assigned documents. Tracking of documents due for yearly revision is also easier with SAP Success factor. This is also a very sustainable tool as it reduces wastage of paper

• Sometimes it Takes Long Time to Create Forms/Records ('Forms' could be anything you are creating)
• Although we can connect SuccessFactors to SAP Analytics Cloud, the standard content from SAP is very basic and not much useful, we have to develop more useful custom Dashboards that visualize the true essence of Analytics.

We have put a vast amount of time and effort into our installation- and there is more work to be done, but the system has a lot of benefits that we plan to maximize and optimize in order to generate the greatest value for everyone involved

For Key users, it is not really friendly. There are lot of hidden buttons which makes the experience difficult. For end user, it is quite easy.

SAP SuccessFactors is absolutely available when we needed, not a lot of downtime.

SuccessFactors Employee Central gets a middle of the road rating from me because of the things it does really well - Training. It falls short with the objectives cascade and visibility amongst my reports. That's what brings it down to a 5. Objectives need to be clear and concise in order to gain buy-in from your reports, and SuccessFactors muddies that by poor delineation between cascaded attributes and my report's objectives. The whole objectives cascade can be reworked.

Some significant problems were hard to resolve and took a lot of time for our IT team, leaving us with no alternative.

It's easier to use then BambooHR and it is simple and self-explanatory. So being part of this organization I always prefer Edcast.

Far better SuccesFactors. The options here are ay less and less easy to configure. Also, the UI is not that good. Also, no API or any SFTP-like connections are available in this product. Also, admins have to do a lot more work to make sure everything is as easy as in SAP.
