For all general Direct Message management, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is great. It keeps conversations organized and allows team members to do all their work in one platform. For public facing social management, there may be some gaps when you are not the top level poster of content, and sometimes gaining context in lengthy exchanges can be easier read on native platforms.

It's a good fit for our recruiters because they are always looking for good info about our organization to share. It's a small but engaged group that takes advantage of having a niche topic and team. It also works well for huge company news, such as winning an award. Items that all employees know about and a large percentage of them are excited about perform best. Niche topics that are only relevant to one or a few small teams don't perform as well because employees not involved in that work are less likely to share.

  • Community - really simple one board collecting of all our social messages makes replying simple

  • We would like to add more public profiles at no cost
  • In the approval workflow, it would be great if one person could serve 2 roles such as both Content Creator and Publisher.
  • When our Publisher changes the posting date, it has to run through the approval workflow all over again. This is unnecessary as she is merely changing the date.

the balance between quality and price si perfectperfect for agency that have many client to manage, because it helps us to save time (we don't have to plan content from every single account, only one click to look at different community and moderate...)it also help the team works: senior can review content direcly from emplifi; labeling DM/comments as done help us to track where a collegue stop and we have to startIt makes the content approval from clients very easy

The program has given some early wins, and there are very active employees who have truly integrated sharing from Employee Advocacy by Sprout Social into their regular social media activity. It would be a huge lift to migrate people to a different platform. While we'd love to grow our program, there's already enough value to justify keeping an employee advocacy program.

I give it this rating because the interface is easy to use and very convenient. I'm glad they allow for data exports and a way to track/log all interactions for analytics. However, could give more access to things like TikTok DMS/mentions.

It's fairly user friendly when it's working correctly. There are more instances of bugs and glitches compared to other tools, including Sprout Social's primary platform. There's also an exception for Facebook personal profiles where that is more clunky to share on compared to LinkedIn, X or even Facebook Business Pages. I'd also like more customization around photo formats/sizes and email templates. Despite those negatives, the end user can share quickly and easily, which is vital to sustaining user participation. Facebook can be clunky, but most of our employees share on LinkedIn, which is quick, easy and smooth.

We have a dedicated Customer Success manager, and that is very helpful. Anytime we have questions or need support, they are always there to answer. If thety do not know the solution, they always go around the bend to find one and provide it to us. They are always very kind.

Not only have we used other tools, we reviewed a few tools before deciding to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Cost was definitely a factor, but also account management and responsiveness. The fact TikTok was available for community management was a key consideration at the time we decided to go with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud as well. Overall, it was the comprehensiveness of the tool vs. competitors that led us to choose Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Its AI and unified management capabilities have been great for our needs.

It was similar in that it helped us push prewritten messages out to our team, but the UX/UI was far more dated and not as intuitive. It's mobile app also wasn't very useful; made it difficult to edit messages and would constantly need you to log back in. The two things GaggleAMP had over Bambu however was more comprehensive analytics and the ability to automatically push out social posts
