Enable vs. SpotDraft

I find it is best when you need to connect to a computer after hours and the end user has left for the day. I can remote in to the computer without interaction and troubleshoot the issues as required. The connection is speed and works well unlike some other remote access software

The best place to use SpotDraft is on contract negotiation. The entire life cycle of a contract negotiation is captured well on SpotDraft. Data is also crunched and displayed in dashboards. We get to prepare better first drafts of contracts when we know of areas which get heavily negotiated on.

• can sometimes report a machine as powered off when its actually stuck in an update cycle

It is just very easy to use. It has a good user interface on it, the items are where I expect them to be and I find it to work as I expect it to work without surprises.

I've never had to call support so I do not have an answer for this question. I find the software works well but we have a support desk who would work with them if we had back end issues
