Honestly, it just works. It works, price is fair, and the customer service is great. In 2020, I want a product that works, and excellent customer service. They provide that

Especially where there are many visitors just one has to scan their identity and if the user had already registered it will automatically create a visitor badge No such scenario which I can think of where this was not appropriate.

• It notifies the host.
• It can also pre register the visitor and also to immediate registration.
• Control access and photo identity.

• More direct integration with Microsoft tools such as Teams and Outlook.
• Functionality more akin to special events check-in that can be used when necessary.

• Scheduled reports (instead of run on demand).
• Published API and/or an automated way of loading data to the database (it's not difficult but could be automated).
• Updating layout of printed labels is not very intuitive (but we only have to do it rarely).

They are great. Working in a customer facing role my entire career, I understand the important of having excellent customer service. They are responsive, polite, and answer my questions when I reach out.

Envoy would be an alternative. Honestly, they do the same thing but have different names. At the end of the day, it comes down to cost and functions. Price your product right and give them the functions they need and that's all you need to do; word-of-mouth is the best advertisement!

A vendor who we purchased other services from initially recommended Lobby Track when they learned we didn't have an automated system. We still use Lobby Track but no longer work with that vendor. In the 8 years since we started with Lobby Track, we have looked at other systems but none have the automated email notification features (even systems purportedly targeted at schools) and that's a killer feature for us.
