Fresa Gold vs. Munis

As we are using Fresa gold for more than 5 years, the support team is very good with proactive responses. As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).

Munis is great for any sort of data keeping and accounting work. There are features of Munis that I am still not familiar with even after 6 years of use. Munis would not be very good for a point of sale sort of operation like a retail store because it just simply is not set up for that sort of operation.

As we are in freight forward and shipping solutions, we want to maintain everything in one platform from quote to invoice collection. Fresa Gold is specifically made for freight forwarders in mind. To avoid duplicate data entry, errors on invoices, we want to use one system for all the departments, which is available only in Fresa gold based on my experience.
