I think product marketing teams could use the software as well. I think it competes directly and does a better job than SurveyMonkey. The platform feels more mature. I really like the customizability of the platform. As a user it is easy to navigate and provides ample opportunity to write in reviews. The ability to save information on the platform is great. Alternatives Considered	Gametize Gametize is way more friendly with the users, there are a lot of templates and ways to implement characteristics of other games and challenges to your own activities. Is very efficient with customer service and even if it's a little pricey there are softwares for gamification that cost even more.
