The solution helps to put an end to manual reporting, bring real visibility to the entire sales process.
Highly recommended, it is beneficial for obtaining information from different sources and an excellent boost for prospecting. Its user interface is user-friendly, and all its functions are easy to understand and implement. Gazelle's team is fantastic, the adaptation process is fast, and their staff accompanies the users during the process; the training is excellent, and the customer service afterward.
Great customer service and support with an easy to use interface and easy to understand. The integration is seamless and much easier to use compared to some competitors products. Having customizable dashboards to handle reporting makes easier work for the team and they are able to understand their objectives more easily. We found that the dashboards and reporting also make sure that our client touch points are correct and ensures that we are offering the best service experience. I do feel that a con for Revenyze would be the gap in packages/plans available. I believe there should be a slight increase in the offering on Pro, leave Scale as it is and introduce a slightly more entry level package that offers what Pro currently does. This offers a greater plan dynamic to the mid-size enterprises who are working on updating their B2B and CRM packages which as we all know can be an incredibly costly exercise.
We only looked at Zoom info, but Gazelle.ai stood out from a user and experience standpoint. The international database is a game-changer and is much more than just a spreadsheet of companies. Being able to visualize the locations of businesses makes prospecting so much easier and makes thinking that much simpler.
We love using HubSpot, we only have some minor niggles that introducing Revenyze solved. Together the two work in harmony ensuring the best action and tasks as well as understanding for our revenue team. The integration if you are using HubSpot already is seamless and easy to implement. The two compliment each other and you will really see the impact that using both software solutions has on your bottom line.
It is an excellent tool that, through business intelligence, helps bring new prospects interested in our products and services, convert customers, and achieve a more successful business, which has been convenient because the return on investment has been fast and still helps us generate more profits.
