germain APM vs. Oracle Real User Experience Insight

It is used in our company for monitoring and analysing purpose. It has so many other options like SSH/alerts and click automation is adding so much to this software. Also it has lots of features which is so overwhelming sometimes but useful. It is inappropriate when you try to use plug in scripts in Germain APM.

The business, therefore, needs to start monitoring the experience of the real user. They need to set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that reflect the experience of the end-user. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) also need to be set up particularly at the business services level, in addition to the normal SLAs set up for the infrastructure availability and performance.

We were looking for a platform that is easy to use, has low barriers to entry, and offers a lot of customization, flexibility, and integration options then after researching we started using the Germain APM software. Because it has so much specifications.
