It has so many other options like SSH/alerts and click automation is adding so much to this software. Also it has lots of features which is so overwhelming sometimes but useful. We have specific customizations on Jira so we tend to have to contact customer support to create these for us when we make new integrations. It would be nice for us to do this ourselves so we don't have to contact the Instabug team. Not very frequent but sometimes the platform breaks and we have to contact the Instabug team to resolve the issue. We were looking for a platform that is easy to use, has low barriers to entry, and offers a lot of customization, flexibility, and integration options then after researching we started using the Germain APM software.
