I switched because Grasshopper was more reasonably priced and the functionality was better. It is also easier to use and the customer service is better. Overall, the experience with Grasshopper has been great. And I like how I can access my calls and voicemails on my android …

I liked the interface and pricing model better. I also like the app way better than RingCentral's which is a dumpster fire. I really like being able to dial out easily from my phone from a Grasshopper number, though I wish I could somehow do that from my mail dailer. Either …
Ring Central was a good option but was more expensive. They did offer conference meeting/webinar meetings, but we use Go To Meeting for that and didn't need that feature.

RingEX is far more versatile for a small business than Grasshopper or our previous Nortel/Avaya VoIP system. I wouldn't trade the fatures of the RingEX system for any other VoIP system on the market. When it comes to capabilities at a low cost, you can't beat RingEX.
I ended up going with RingEX because of the price and the overall quality of the calls. In addition, RingEX provides video conferencing software that is a white-labeled version of Zoom.
So far, RingEX has been very reliable and always exceeds our expectations. It creates a very secure environment wherein even our customers and clients can rely upon it. With the advanced features of this tool, we were able to deliver the expectations back to our customers. User …
I looked at Grasshopper and Nextiva, plus options from AT&T. RingEX combined the combination of value and features that I was looking for in a provider. The feature set RingEX offers along with the mobile app made them the clear choice for my needs. Again RingEX was a perfect …
